IBIZA PACKING TIPS
- Plan Your Outfits: Keep your packing list short by focusing on versatile pieces that you can wear more than once. Take photos of your outfits on your phone before you pack, so you know exactly what you have and can easily throw on a look.
- Use Packing Cubes: Organize your luggage with packing cubes to maximize space and keep your belongings organized so you can easily find things. This helps so much when you’re hopping between islands and having to unpack and repack a few times. I’ve included my favorites below.
- Keep Your Valuable in Your Carry On: I never risk packing any of my nice jewelry or handbags in my checked luggage in case it gets lost or stolen. I also travel with a mini portable safe for valuables in case my accommodations don’t have one.
- Air Tags, Air Tags, AIR TAGS: I never travel without putting an air tag in every single piece of luggage, and you shouldn’t either. It makes tracking down lost luggage so much easier and gives you peace of mind.

My IBIZA PACKING LIST
First of all, I recommend packing a hand luggage size suitcase if you’re traveling from the US so that the good times roll if you have any issues with lost luggage. I also bring a carry on to pack my expensive items like handbags and jewelry so that there is no chance of them getting lost or stolen.
Here is what I pack for my Ibiza holiday:
Shoes: always pack a pair of comfortable shoes for any adventures, outdoor activities or walking around the old town to shop, I also recommend packing pairs of shoes that you don’t mind getting wet like flip flops. You may also want to pack a pair of high heels or a pair of wedges for a night out. Lastly, you will want to bring a pair of flat sandals for the beach clubs that are chic and can get a little sandy.
The most important thing on your packing list should of course be your swimwear and sun protection! I recommend a chic white swimsuit with a colorful cover-up and sunglasses or a straw hat for extra protection.
It’s also nice to pack your own beach towel, in case you are beach hopping and your hotel won’t let you take one with you. During the hottest months in Ibiza, you’re going to want to spend all day at the beach and will want your Ibiza vacation wardrobe to match!
Sun dresses or an oversized shirt are perfect beach or pool cover-ups to throw over those bikini bottoms, as most restaurants require you to cover up. A chic white dress will help keep you cool in the hot Spanish sun.
I also recommend packing a chic (preferably foldable) beach bag, that won’t get ruined by your suitcase or take up too much packing room. It’s perfect to serve as a purse for daytime excursions, and can hold your towels, sun cream, books etc.! For pool time don’t forget that claw clip, which can be a cute lifesaver after beach or boat hair.
